TURNER CHISHOLM |
There was a pretty
wedding at St. Raphael’s Church last Tuesday morning, when Miss Francis TURNER, the charming and
accomplished niece of Charles Bogan, became the bride of Roderick A. CHISHOLM, son of Contractor C.
Chisholm. The ceremony was performed
by Rev. Father Lagan, the nuptial mass being celebrated by Rev. Father
Phillips. The bride was attended by
her cousin, Miss Sarah Bogan, while Mr. E.T. O’Brien acted as best man. After their return from their honeymoon
they will reside in San Francisco. |

A quiet wedding took
place in San Rafael last Thursday, at the Methodist Parsonage, when Miss Mary
Hattie BASSETT and Dr. Albert
Clark WINN were married by
A.E. Ulrich. The couple are well
known residents of Tomales, the bride being the daughter of Thomas Bassett, a
prominent rancher, and the groom a popular physician. The ceremony was performed in the presence
of the parents and sisters of the bride, and the mother and sister of the groom. The couple will reside in Tomales. |

place in San Rafael last Saturday, when Miss Winifrede M. AUGUSTINE, daughter of Dr. S.M.
Augustine, became the bride of Edward O. ALLEN, a well known young attorney of San Francisco. The ceremony was performed at the
residence of the bride’s parents, by Rev. F.L. Hosmer, of the First Unitarian
Church of Berkeley. The bride was attended
by her sister, Miss Greta Augustine, while Mr. Roger S. Phelps, acted as best
man. They will reside in San Rafael. |

A wedding of interest to
San Rafael society will be that of Miss Irene WARD, the charming daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M.J. Ward of San
Francisco to Mr. Charles M. DUFFICY,
son of Judge and Mrs. M.C. Dufficy of San Rafael. The ceremony will be performed Tuesday morning, August 25th,
at St. Dominic’s Church, San Francisco.
The bride will be attended by her sister, Miss Mildred Ward, as maid
of honor, and by the Misses Alicia and Elizabeth Dufficy as bridesmaids. R.G. Dufficy, brother of the groom, will
be best man, and Messrs. George B. Keane, J.H. Fuller, and M. Ruthrauff will
officiate as ushers. The young couple

Camilla LUND, formerly of San
Rafael, and Bert L. DAVIS, of
Ross Valley, was solemnized Wednesday at the home of the bride’s mother at
1329 Fell Street, San Francisco.
Owing to the death of the mother of the groom, the wedding was a very
quiet one. Miss Lund is well known in
San Rafael, where she spent her childhood, and Mr. Davis has resided all his
life in Ross Valley. |
