Announcement
has been made of the engagement of Miss Helen DICKSON of San Geronimo and Harvey TEMPLETON, an instructor at Mt. Tamalpais Military Academy, and
a member of the senior class at the San Francisco Theological Seminary. Miss Dickson is the daughter of J.C.
Dickson, who has large property interests in the San Geronimo Valley, and she
has been well known socially in San Rafael.
Mt. Templeton is a graduate of one of the Eastern universities, and
while pursuing his theological studies, has taught in Mt. Tamalpais
Academy. Upon graduating he will
accept a call to a church in Portland, OR, his former home. The date of the wedding has not been
fixed. |

Items In the
picturesque village of Sausalito Tuesday last, the marriage of Miss Louise CAMPBELL, daughter of Mr. H.C.
Campbell, a wealthy atttorney of San Francisco, with Dr. Emmett RIXFORD of San Francisco
occurred. The ceremony took place at
high noon at the interesting little Episcopal Church on the hill. The bride was accompanied to the altar by
her maid of honor and 6 bridesmaids and a little flower girl. The ceremony was performed by Rev. H.
Howitt, an old friend of the Campbell family. The groom is a prominent young medical man of San Francisco and
one of the managers of Lane Hospital.
The bride is well known socially in Sausalito and San Francisco and is
very beautiful. |
